Membership Prerequisites

1. You must have made a personal profession of Christ as Lord and Savior.

2. You must have been baptized by immersion as a public symbol of your faith. (Romans 6:1-5)

3. You must have completed the CC Membership Class 101.

4. You must sign a Membership Covenant form.

5. You must complete the Starting Point book, complete the Request for Membership form and sign the Membership Covenant.

6. You must complete the Membership Application and sign the Oregon State background check form.
